Patrycja Paruch receives the iWOE-24 Oxide Electronics Prize

Congratulations to Patrycja Paruch who receives the iWOE-24 Oxide Electronics Prize for Excellency in Research !

Patrycja is awarded for “contributions to the understanding of the physics of domain walls in ferroelectrics – in particular for her work on domain wall creep, studies of domain wall roughness, and her discovery of conductivity at domain walls in “simple” ferroelectrics.”

This award recognizes exceptional young scientists or engineers who demonstrate excellence in research in the field of oxide electronics.
